When I opened Nosh Kabob & Karahi at 13871 Smoketown Rd in Woodbridge, VA, I wasn’t just starting a business—I was sharing my culture. I grew up around the rich flavors of Pakistani, Indian, and Afghan food. Family meals were full of spice, warmth, and laughter. I wanted to bring that same feeling to our community.

At Nosh Kabob & Karahi, we do things the old way—because that’s the best way. We grind our spices, chop fresh herbs daily, and cook every dish with care. The food we serve is the food we grew up eating. That means bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and no shortcuts.
